Overview
Experience wildlife from both land and water on this 1-day Arusha National Park canoeing safari.
First, drive from Arusha to Arusha National Park. Your professional guide will take you on a game drive through the park’s forests, grasslands, and scenic landscapes.
Next, visit Ngurdoto Crater and enjoy the beautiful views. You may also spot buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and other wildlife.
After the game drive, head to Momella Lakes for a guided canoeing experience. Paddle across the calm waters while enjoying views of Mount Meru.
Meanwhile, keep an eye out for hippos, flamingos, and waterbirds along the lakeshore. Your guide will explain the wildlife and help you enjoy the experience safely.
Finally, enjoy a picnic lunch before another short game drive. Then, leave the park and return to Arusha in the late afternoon.
