Serengeti National Park

Next, head to Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game drives across the endless plains. Look for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and cheetahs.

From December to March, visit during the Serengeti calving season. During this time, you can see many young wildebeest.

Day 01: :

Arrival in Arusha

Your journey begins at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Your friendly safari driver-guide will welcome you on arrival.

After a short briefing, travel to your lodge in Arusha in a private 4x4 safari vehicle. Arusha is the gateway to Northern Tanzania’s famous safari parks.

Depending on your arrival time, relax at the lodge, take a swim, or enjoy views of Mount Meru on a clear day.

In the evening, your guide will brief you about the safari. You will visit Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Lake Natron.

Day 02: :

Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

Start the day with breakfast before driving to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its large baobab trees, many elephants, and rich wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park. You may see lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and more than 400 bird species. Stop for a packed lunch inside the park and enjoy a relaxing break in nature.

In the afternoon, drive to Karatu, a scenic town near the Ngorongoro Highlands. On arrival, enjoy dinner and relax at your accommodation.

Day 03: :

Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is often called the Eighth Wonder of the World.

Descend about 600 meters into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Enjoy a game drive on the crater floor and look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and black rhinos.

Stop for a picnic lunch on the crater floor. After lunch, continue to Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing along the way as you enter the vast Serengeti plains.

The Serengeti is famous for its abundant wildlife and beautiful landscapes.

Spend the night in Central Serengeti at ENKIRARI WILDERNESS

Day 04: :

Serengeti National Park – Lobo Region

Start the day with a morning game drive across the Serengeti plains. Watch wildlife as animals become active in the cool morning hours.

After the game drive, continue north to the remote Lobo area. This wild region is quieter and attracts fewer visitors.

Lobo is known for its beautiful landscapes and large numbers of lions and other predators. Depending on the season, you may also see wildebeest moving through the area.

Enjoy a peaceful safari experience in one of the less-visited areas of the Serengeti.

Spend the night in Lobo Wildlife Lodge

Day 05: :

Lobo to Natron

After breakfast, leave the Lobo region and drive to Lake Natron. Enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley, Maasai villages, and the volcanic landscape around Ol Doinyo Lengai.

Arrive at Lake Natron and enjoy a guided nature walk along the lake shore. Look for flamingos and other birds while enjoying the dramatic scenery.

Later, continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Spend the night at Lengai lodge.

Day 06: :

Lake Natron – Arusha – Kilimanjaro International Airport

After breakfast, enjoy some time at Lake Natron. Take in the peaceful views before starting your journey back to Arusha.

Stop for lunch along the way and enjoy the beautiful Tanzanian countryside.

Continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport based on your flight schedule. Your 6-day Tanzania safari ends with a comfortable airport transfer.
