Day 01 :

Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater Tour

A Friendly Ron Adventure safari guide will greet you and provide a short briefing about your journey ahead. You’ll then set out toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. Descend about 600 meters into the famous Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, exploring its diverse landscapes teeming with wildlife. The crater floor offers exceptional sightings of elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and even the rare black rhino. Midday, you’ll enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch near the hippo pool before continuing your adventure through this awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 02 :

Ngorongoro – Drive to Ndutu Plains

After breakfast, drive to the Ndutu region, part of the southern Serengeti ecosystem, famous for its rich wildlife and calving herds. Enjoy your first game drive in the open plains dotted with acacia trees and resident wildlife.
During February, witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras calving — a dramatic time as predators like cheetahs, lions, and hyenas roam nearby.

Day 03 :

Full-Day Game Drive in Ndutu

Dedicate an entire day to discovering the Ndutu plains. The optimal times for photography and increased likelihood of predator encounters are during the early morning and late afternoon drives. The vast open landscapes and short grass plains create perfect circumstances for witnessing wildlife interactions and capturing images of newborn calves.

Ndutu – More Game Drives

Another day in the Ndutu area to maximize your photography and wildlife encounters. Depending on animal movement, you may explore the marshes, Lake Ndutu, or the edge of the Southern Serengeti. Expect to see large herds of wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and numerous bird species.

Morning Game Drive – Fly Ndutu to Kilimanjaro (JRO)
