Kilimanjaro National Park fees can vary depending on the specific trek route and the duration of your stay in the park. Generally, the fees are broken down into different categories:
Conservation Fee:
This is a daily fee paid by each visitor, which supports the park’s conservation efforts. The fee is around $70 per day per person.
Camping/Hut Fee:
Depending on the route and accommodation type (camping or staying in huts), there is an additional fee. For camping, it is about $50 per person per night; for huts, it is around $60 per person per night.
Rescue Fee:
This is a one-time fee of around $20 per person, which goes towards supporting rescue services in the park.
Crater Fee:
If you choose to visit the summit’s crater, there is an additional fee of about $100 per person per day.
